We ask separately
Permission to use your photo in marketing is a separate written form from your treatment consent. Saying no doesn’t affect your care.
What goes on a card
Treatment, time elapsed, amount, provider and a note that individual results vary. We can leave out your age or name.
Taking it down
You can withdraw permission at any time, and each photo has a remove-by date on our side.
